Hii, I bought a property in Massachusetts. There was a pool which was built at the time of the home construction, that was 3 years back. The pool is of a size 32*20, well maintained(externally it is beautiful) till date. But when we drained it for cleaning, last day we found there are some issues with the pump. There is a slight leak I guess not sure anyway. We've contacted some swimming pool services in Massachusetts. So far they were good, clarified my doubts and they are ready to help us any time. But I'm new to Massachusetts, so I'm not sure about their service quality. My friend suggested that instead of calling pool boys it can be done with the help of pro plumber. I'm in chaos. What should I do now? Contact a pool guy or plumper??

Topic: Any idea on weeping tiles replacement?? (0 replies, posted in Sewage & Effluent Pumps)
I'm new to this forum and I'd appreciate some feedback from experienced offliners. I'm not sure whether my topics fits here or not.
I'm Emma. I've bought a property near Mississauga, an older home. I was living in Toronto along with my family, only last week I moved here, so have already started the renovation works of the house. Last day we found that water is seeping into our concrete basement wall, I guess the perimeter drain is clogged, that might be the reason. I've contacted the former house owner and he said the home has clay or concrete weeping tiles, it might have collapsed, and might have blocked with dirt and roots as it aged. He told me to replace the weeping tiles before any other work. And he preferred some centres for the same. But I don't know the good landscaping services of Mississauga, even I consulted with some among them.
If you guys have any previous experience in replacing the weeping tile or know any good centres for landscape services, please, mention.
Thank you in advance.
